YKK series high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors are closed squirrel-cage rotor asynchronous motors with air-to-air cooling. The structure is reasonable and the technology is advanced. It has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, low vibration, reliable operation and convenient installation and maintenance.
The high-voltage motor adopts a box structure, and the base is welded with steel plates. It has light weight and strong rigidity. The closed air cooler is installed on the top of the motor, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly, and is convenient for the installation and repair of the motor. The stator adopts press-fit structure, the stator winding adopts class F insulating material, and the end has reliable fixed binding. During the manufacturing process, it has passed multiple inter-turn pulse voltage test and ground resistance test, and imported advanced foreign vacuum pressure dipping paint Solvent-free paint process (VPI) treatment, therefore, the motor has excellent and reliable insulation performance, good mechanical strength, and strong moisture resistance. The squirrel cage rotor is manufactured using an advanced and reliable aluminum casting process. There are two types of bearings, one is a ball bearing and the other is a cylindrical roller bearing, which depends on the power and speed of the motor. The basic protection level is IP54, and IP55 motors can also be provided according to the order requirements.
The power level, installation size, and electrical performance of this series of motors are in accordance with the national standard GB755-2000 << Rating Electric Machine Rating and Performance >>, machinery industry standard JB / T10315.2 and related IEC60034-1 standards, and can also be customized to the Russian GOST standard Series and American NEMA standards. The basic installation method of the motor is the horizontal belt bottom angle (IMB3), and the installation methods such as IMV1 and IMB35 can also be customized. The working system is the continuous working system (S1). At present, the product has low energy consumption and stable operation, and has been widely recognized by market customers.
